Refund policy

Effective 2026-10-29. This policy covers subscriptions to plumbspec sold by Six Vines Farm LLC through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Fourteen days from your first payment

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription and you will receive the whole of that payment back. No reason is needed.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. Cancel at any time from the customer portal linked on your billing page, and the subscription will not renew; the service continues to the end of the period already paid for.

How to ask

Write to contact@plumbspec.org, or open a case from your account, with the email address you paid with. You can also ask Paddle directly from the receipt they emailed you or at paddle.net. Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used, normally within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Conversion budget

Money you pay or keep for conversions can be refunded whenever you ask, from the conversion page, for whatever of it a read has not used. What a read has used, at no more than the price you accepted, is not refunded.

Invoices and purchase orders

An organisation that pays by invoice or purchase order is refunded under the terms agreed for that order.

Your rights

This policy does not reduce any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of where you live gives you.
